An important point which has been omitted by the commentators is that hath yoga is not only the union of prana and mind. In fact , it means the union of prana and mind with self. So , in hath yoga , ida nadi represents the negative force , the flow of consciousness,  pingala represents the positive force , the flow of vital energy , and sushumna nadi represents the neutral force , the flow  of spiritual energy.

केदारनाथ मन्दिर   भारत  के  उत्तराखण्ड  राज्य के  रूद्रप्रयाग जिले  में स्थित है।  उत्तराखण्ड  में  हिमालय पर्वत  की गोद में केदारनाथ मन्दिर  बारह ज्योतिर्लिंग  में सम्मिलित होने के साथ  चार धाम  और  पंच केदार  में से भी एक है। यहाँ की प्रतिकूल जलवायु के कारण यह  मन्दिर   अप्रैल  से  नवंबर  माह के मध्‍य ही दर्शन के लिए खुलता है। पत्‍थरों से बने कत्यूरी शैली से बने इस मन्दिर के बारे में कहा जाता है कि इसका निर्माण  पाण्डव  वंश के  जनमेजय  ने कराया था। यहाँ स्थित स्वयम्भू  शिवलिंग  अति प्राचीन है।  आदि शंकराचार्य  ने इस मन्दिर का जीर्णोद्धार करवाया। मंदिर के ही समीप मन्दाकिनी नदी बहती है 

एक जमाना था जब गंगा में नहाने से पाप धुलते थे लेकिन अब तस्वीर कुछ और ही है हाल में ही  कन्नौज में गंगा के पानी में लाखो मछलियां मरीं कन्नौज के मेहँदी घाट में शाहजहांपुर के फैक्ट्रियों का जहरीला पानी गंगा में गिरता है जिसकी वजह से लाखो मछलियां मर गयी हैं जो गंगा हमें पानी और बिजली और साथ में रोजगार देती है उसकी को हम गन्दा करते हैं हमारा यह कर्तव्य होना चाहिए की गंगा माँ को स्वच्छ रखें जिससे और भी जीव जंतु चैन से जी सके धन्यवाद
